The Streatham Food Festival wouldn’t be possible without the huge and fantastic support from so many people. Its been a lot of fun and hard work to make such a positive and creative event that really highlights Streatham’s community, diversity and colourful present and future!

The Festival is organised jointly by the Streatham Festival Association and Lambeth Council.
Lambeth Council seeks to promote local businesses, enhance their profitability and increase visitor numbers into the town. One of the ways in which it does so is by funding the Streatham Food Festival and once again this annual extravaganza achieved its goals, with 700 people flocking to the launch event (29% up on last year), 73% of visitors surveyed said that they felt Streatham eateries offered value for money. 40 businesses participating in the week long festivities.
Town Centre Manager Angelina Purcell says ‘I am delighted with the results of this years Food Festival, which has again been ably organised by Streatham Festival Association. The event goes from strength to strength, highlighting the fantastic range of eateries we have in the town as well as the great service and value for money you receive when you choose to eat in Streatham. I was inundated with positive comments from the local community, who were delighted with the event and want to see much more of this type of promotion. Planning for next year’s event, which I hope will be even bigger and better, will now commence in earnest!’
