Cookery demonstrations are one of our most popular attractions and will feature presentations from local chefs.

This year our chefs will be showcasing their favourite recipes using our local award-winning produce, which you will be able to buy from our extensive Food Market, in local deli’s or in nearby independent food retailers and supermarkets.
